Refund policy

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues only. If the item doesn't fit, you can exchange it.

Return Window: You have 7 days from delivery to initiate an exchange.

Return Shipping Fee: A return shipping fee of PKR 250 applies.

Quality Assurance: We inspect items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately.

Non-Returnable Items: Items damaged by the customer or without original packaging are non-returnable.
